The Workflow Manager Shortcut Bar is a set of icons for accessing the main program folders. Clicking a shortcut has the same effect as clicking a folder in the Folder List. If you wish, you can hide the Shortcut Bar to save space. For more information, see Using the Shortcut Bar.
